Retaining Louis Kosnett as my attorney was the best decision I had made during what turned out to be the worse time of my life. He took on my case (civil case) when other attorneys just laughed at me, told me I don’t have a case, it would be impossible to win, and/or made me feel even worse about the situation I was in. I met with him, right away, he knew what to do/how to proceed, he was efficient/effective, didn’t overcharge me (it would have been easy to do at the time-I was desperate for help). He was super responsive, I always heard back from him within hours. He got me JUSTICE, and did so in a professional and delicate way, with immense amount of integrity. Following the settlement, Louis did not charge me for any work that he and his assistant did to collect my settlement for a period of 18 months, even after I offered. The work they had to do was tedious and time consuming in nature. Thank you Louis and Santiago, you helped me during a very difficult time, I will forever be grateful and appreciative.
