James Victor Kosnett

Featured on television, radio, and prominent newspapers such as the Los Angeles Times and Daily Journal, Attorney James Victor Kosnett has represented a wide range of clients as a California-based attorney who has been in practice since 1976.
After earning an undergraduate degree from Yale University, Mr. Kosnett attended UCLA School of Law before launching a stellar legal career spanning half a century. As Principal of Kosnett Law Firm, Mr. Kosnett provides legal oversight of all personal injury cases and the favorable verdicts and awards of the firm’s personal injury practice.

James Victor Kosnett was admitted to the California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California in 1976. He was admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, in 1978 and has appeared in numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout California.
Mr. Kosnett is a member of the State Bar of California, The Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Among numerous honors he has received, in 2023 he was selected as a member of America’s Top 100 Attorneys and named to the Top 1% Distinguished Justice Advocates.
